I first want to thank you for the excellent customer service that you
provide, you have been truly amazing with all of my natural hair care
questions and concerns, but most importantly, I want to tell you about my
experience using your oil and gel.
My hair type is natural 3b/3c/4a I have no chemicals or processing of any
kind in my hair.
I wore hair weaves that I thought damaged my hair, but after finding your
site by accident I read everything from start to finish and was skeptical
for a better word, I just didn't believe the claims. I made a decision that
I have wasted so much money on products that didn't work, one more product
won't hurt. However, for some reason I felt that I would truly get excellent
results based on the ingredients alone and your refund policy. Many hair
companies don't offer any refunds after using their products. The refund
wasn't so important to me, but knowing this made me want to order your
product even more.
Well as I mentioned my hair is all natural and very curly hair, my scalp and
hair was damaged and very very thin see through hair not just at the edges,
but in my crown area as well. This was due to too tight weaves, extensions,
braids, commercial products, heat you name it my hair was the poster child
for UGLY, DAMAGED, DRY, BRITTLE, BREAKING, LIFELESS, DULL HAIR.
I was in bad need of a miracle. I was searching for the “quick grow” long
story short I purchased your oil for the first time January 2010, from the
first use I was really impressed with how it made my hair feel, but didn't
see any growth until the 2nd month, I learned the reason for this was
because my scalp wasn't healthy, this oil not only balanced my scalp, got
rid of the dryness, breaking brittle, my growth was unthinkable.
I decided on June 9th 2010 to get a full weave in my hair, I was scared but
wanted to test the theory of a “Healthy SCALP” well I took my weave down on
July 10th 2010 because I wanted to get to my scalp and was excited to see, I
got a full 1.5 inches of growth, I was truly surprised at how much growth
and length that I got, not only that, my hair was 100% hydrated,
moisturized the works, I washed my hair, did a henna treatment the next day,
deep conditioned with your conditioner, put my gel on my scalp and hair seal
my ends with my oil and walla, I'm on a goal to grow my hair to waist length
in 2 years, I currently have 10 inches of hair all the way around, I'm 5'9”
tall with a long waist, just everyone knows I'm not 4' tall, It is now July
2010, my thin spots don't exist, my hair is growing not just thicker but
longer and I can't thank you enough. I will be getting either braids, twist
or corn rolls on August 9th, and will keep you posted of my results.
I can only tell you I have photos to prove my amazing healthy hair journey,
JOHN I have tried everything, thank you, Yes your products are expensive but
they are worth every penny in my opinion, your products don't sit on top of
the hair or scalp they are light as a feather you don't need a lot of heavy
oils and products on ones hair, just the right products that address the
issue not mask it.
JOHN please hurry and send my order, I just placed it for the New Mira Gel
and your comb, everything you mention on your website is true, one can't
just use the products, your scalp and body must also be healthy everything
works from the inside out. I appreciate all of your support and guidance.
Please note I don't work for this company I live in Newport Coast , CA I'm a
